Return Conditions
Return Period: You have the right to return your product within 14 days after delivery. The return period starts upon receipt of the product.
Product Condition: It must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging to be returned. If the product is found to be damaged or missing during the return process, the return may not be accepted.
Refund Request: You must create your request for the product you want to return via or by contacting customer services. The size will be returned after your return request is evaluated.
Refund Terms Product Return and Evaluation
- Product Return and Evaluation: Returned products are examined after receipt and checked according to the return conditions. The refund accepted return fee is refunded to the specified record after the refund process has started.
Payment Method: Payment is made via the original payment method. Payments made by credit card will be returned to your credit card, payments made by money order or EFT will be returned to the bank for review. - Return Period: The return process and refund process for the product's return amount will be completed within 7 business days at the latest. The reflection time for the return may vary due to debit or credit card transaction processing conditions.
Return Procedure
- After you create your return request, our customer service team will get back to you.
- When your return request is approved, the product will be returned in its original packaging and with its invoice.
- Once the product is returned, the refund process will be initiated and the refund process will be initiated.
